Sean and the crew at Vapor-X were exceptional. Quote was spot on, fair, and the work was done in professional manner. Having an old house with limited crawl space we required a full encapsulation. Removal of insulation and debris needed an entire dumpster. Remediation and treatments were done thoroughly. Inside was sealed with spray foam, and dehumidifier installed by electrician. Crawl spaces like mine are close to impossible for me to access, and other quotes were like dealing with used car salesman. Sean was legit and informative. Perhaps the best indication of Sean’s honesty was a hidden room under the house that I believe most companies would have ignored. Sean showed me a photo of a brick under there and it was from 1928. This room led to Sean putting in an entirely extra day of work - and the quote did not change. Each piece of insulation had to be removed one at a time. I can recommend Sean and Vapor-X enough - great company, great owner, and it would a mistake to go anywhere else. My house now smells so nice and remember that 50% of the air you breathe comes up from under the house. Serious this company is the best.
